Job Description

The brand specialist implements plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience, and loyalty in order to drive the organization's brand equity. He/She is also responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant to the organization. The brand specialist works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where he/she ensures compliance with the brand identity throughout the organization. Main responsibilities: ● Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities. ● Assess alternate market research channels. ● Conduct research to identify emerging trends among consumers. ● Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback. ● Execute activities to communicate the business value proposition to customers. ● Execute brand campaigns. ● Execute customer loyalty plans. ● Forecast emerging market needs. ● Generate creative materials, templates, and collaterals. ● Implement activities that develop organizational capabilities to deliver a consistent customer experience. ● Implement brand communication plans. ● Implement brand plans. ● Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
