Job Description

● Define the brand strategy for the OKALA brand. ● Negotiate with each operational department to implement the brand strategy in each operational procedure. ● Cooperate with the art department for designing a new brand visual identity due to the newly defined brand strategy. ● Monitor the brand situation by specific KPIs and find any solution to prompt the brand equity in the market.

Requirements

● Great marketing and business insight. ● Great appropriate experience in launching brands (at least managing 2 brands or products). ● Great social abilities in order to communicate with other departments. ● Good ability to analyze the data and implement them as a means of marketing. ● Multi-tasking skills. ● Team player. ● Analytical mind. ● Creativity and artistic mind. ● Design thinking. ● MBA graduate. ● E-Commerce experience is an advantage. ● Customer satisfaction skills. ● Brand awareness skills. ● Brand equity factors skills. ● Customer loyalty skills.
