● Define the brand strategy for the OKALA brand.
● Negotiate with each operational department to implement the brand strategy in each operational procedure.
● Cooperate with the art department for designing a new brand visual identity due to the newly defined brand strategy.
● Monitor the brand situation by specific KPIs and find any solution to prompt the brand equity in the market.
