Job Description

● Responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the brand and for driving the success of a portfolio of Danone categories, and managing brands that Iranians will love. ● Keeping and improving profitability at brand, category, and SKU levels. ● Leading marketing projects in turbulent conditions, within time, cost, and quality criteria. ● Maintaining and improving brand relevance, differentiation and emotional bond with the audience. ● Closely monitoring and analyzing data from different sources (sales volumes, industry and market audits, market dynamics and opportunities, global benchmarks, etc.) and make data come to life and use it to generate insightful recommendations.

Requirements

● 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and brand management. ● FMCG experience is a plus. ● Proactively goal-orientation. ● Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. ● Good knowledge of Iran's media scene, campaign pillars, local audiences, and digital marketing. ● Full English proficiency. ● Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Ability to work under pressure, be curious, passionate, and drive change within the business.
