Job Description

● Conduct market research and analyze findings and identify opportunities and threats. ● Produce and develop a brand marketing strategy based on a thorough understanding of the organization's goals, target market, and environmental issues. ● Design marketing program, brand book, and other brand identity documents and control and design activities, policies, content production, and marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly. ● Prepare a Gantt chart and continuous control of various internal and external activities until reaching the brand goals. ● Develop financial aspects and product development and marketing plans such as budgets, expenses, financial policies, and profit and loss of brand production. ● Designa market entry strategy, pricing, and sales forecast, in line with the balance of the company's goals and customer satisfaction. ● Prepare product development proposals and create an environment for brainstorming and creativity and ideas. ● Analyze and monitor market trends and continuously report brand positioning to prepare for rapid changes in the market. ● Participate in promotional activities and related exhibitions and events.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields or an MBA graduate. ● At least three years of work experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Preferably familiar with software and visual content production process. ● Having an intermediate level in English. ● Very good public relations. ● Complete familiarity with media and advertising and marketing channels. ● Compliance with discipline and principles of organizational work. ● Ability to do group work. ● Familiarity with the production process of cosmetics and health products.
