Job Description

● Manage all branding initiatives in the marketing department and even across the company. ● Prepare brand strategies and tone of voice plan as per the customer/consumer insight. ● Develop the digital and social marketing plan in line with the company’s objectives. ● Coordinate branding campaigns within the marketing department’s activity calendar. ● In charge of PR and CSR initiatives via the company’s offline and online platforms. ● In charge of IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) function in the company. ● Plan and implement branding and advertising campaigns. ● Manage and improve branding lead generation campaigns (online and offline). ● Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate/brand identity. ● Approve and monitor the creative development of promotional materials (graphic designs, copy writings, videos, etc.) in the website, advertisements, social media, etc. ● Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communication activities. ● Creating a wide range of different marketing materials/contents for different purposes. ● Working closely with agencies and third parties (in creative, copy, and video). ● Supervise all social media and manage graphic designers as well as content experts.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or similar business fields (Preferred MBA in Marketing). ● In-depth knowledge of branding, and marketing concepts is compulsory. ● Great creativity and art perception. ● 3 years of experience or more as a Brand Supervisor or a Senior Brand Expert; At least 1 year of experience in relevant sectors or industries (Home Appliance Category).
