● Liaise with Marketing manager and Group brand manager to understand marketing goals.
● Conduct research with agencies to gain relevant information including competitors, pricing, and target markets.
● Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies.
● Allocate resources and work with others to ensure specified budgets are observed.
● Present marketing and branding ideas.
● Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
● Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies.
● Develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
● Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
● Analyze industry, competition, and market trends.
● Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
● Regularly monitor marketing trends and competitors’ products that are present in the marketplace.
● Act as the point-person for establishing and executing marketing initiatives for a particular brand.
● Suggest, plan, follow and monitor marketing campaigns and actions.
● Analyze the gains of marketing campaigns and efforts, create reports, and provide recommendations to improve.
Requirements
● Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
● Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
● Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
● Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
● Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
● Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
● Outstanding communication skills.
● Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
● Degree in Marketing or a related field.
