We are looking for talent for our company who is expected to be a brand manager.
Main responsibilities:
● Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4P.
● Analyze the competition market.
● Develop Marketing and branding ideas and execution plans.
● Align with cross-functional team on Brand activation calendar and execute brand.
● Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels.
● Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines.
● Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorships activities.
● Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
● Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
● Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
● Support marketing function in managing external agencies and deliverables from them.
● Report to the marketing manager.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of working experience in marketing (product, brand, or related fields) or experience in a related industry (consumer goods) is a plus but is not mandatory.
Specialist knowledge:
● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Highly experienced in presentation skills.
