Responsibilities and duties:
● Hold daily, planning, grooming, and other meetings defined in agile methodology.
● Responsible for force bugs reported by the product team.
● Interact with the product team and transfer product tasks to the development team.
● Provide mentorship for all software engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities.
● Manage, support, and evaluate engineers’ performance (review codes and test).
● Design new products, modify existing designs, and develop test procedures.
● Develop features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
