Job Description

A Back-End Developer [BDV], will work with the software studio supervisor in the leading role of the head of the IT and strategy department. She/he will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and debugging components and features on the server side. The activity includes the core application logic, database, APIs, and other process taking place behind the scenes. Job objectives: ● Write code, test, build prototypes, solve issues, and analyze bottlenecks. ● Design perform, robust APIs to support other means of communication with end users if required. ● Optimize web applications for performance and scalability. ● Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing. Work activities: ● Developing and maintaining the core. ● Testing and fixing bugs (functional and non-functional). ● Preparing required documents. ● Daily basis collaboration with front-end and BAs.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology. ● A high degree of confidentiality. ● Commitment to the organizational values. ● Commitment to effective communication, based on five dimensions: openness, supportiveness, positiveness, equality, and compassion. ● Excellent English skills, written and oral. ● High level of expertise in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. ● Excellent understanding of computer science, algorithm, and web design. ● Experience writing secure web applications. ● Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent analytical and multitasking skills. ● Expertise in ASP.Net Web Forms, .NET, WebAPI, React JS, and SQL Server. ● Skillful in highly functional UI/UX design processes. ● Testing and debugging capabilities. ● Familiar with data modeling concepts. ● Experience working in an Agile-based environment is a must. ● Familiar with SharePoint server-side and client-side concepts and development. ● Familiar with designing and creating workflows with Nintex or other Workflow management tools.
