Job Description

Fourteam company with more than 20 years of experience in the supply and distribution of computer parts and accessories intends to create a strong sales channel for sales to the public and private organizations (B2B and B2G). The company will become the largest enterprise sales channel in this field by using a work culture focused on high performance and continuous improvement. Now is the critical time for us to expand. Customers of our products discover the superior quality of hatron products (our own brand in computer and accessories) every day. We plan to hire a B2B sales manager to build a successful team and develop a good sales strategy. This role will be responsible for the sales process to corporate consumers. You will help identify, convince and retain key potential customers, as well as support creative strategies and proposals. Job specifications: ● Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities and sales team. ● Develop market share. ● Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team. ● Manage daily sales operations. ● Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast. ● Meet quarterly and annual business targets. ● Compile and analyze sales figures. ● Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance. ● Attend exhibitions and host technical seminars and events. ● Meet consumer finance and B2B tasks. ● Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distribute. ● Ensure good collaboration between the sales department and other departments. ● Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and Strategies for improvement. ● Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine their effectiveness of them. ● Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. ● Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts through negotiating with others. ● Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers. ● Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales managing. ● Good knowledge of vertical and B2B markets is advantageous. ● Good command of PCs and accessories market is advantageous. ● Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills.
