Job Description: The Business to Business (B2B) Sales Manager is responsible for providing sales strategies and leadership to the Business Sales Specialists. This position will provide leadership of staff towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. This position will also execute plans and strategies to expand new business sales, drive prospecting opportunities and achieve the goals. Major responsibilities of the position are listed below: ● Implement a sales performance evaluation system and commission payment. ● Divide goals and forecast annual and quarterly revenue for the organizational sales team. ● Develop sales strategies to gain new customers or clients. ● Collaborate with marketing managers to generate a keen customer. ● Determine the sales process (Sales engineering). ● Plan to increase the share of the country's corporate gifts market. ● Organize and attend related domestic or foreign exhibitions. ● Monitor the activities of experts in CRM and prepare an accurate and categorized database.

Requirements

● Familiar with the basics of digital marketing. ● At least 4 years of experience in sales management. ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Ability to handle sales pressure and counter objections.
