We at "Adplus", Yektanet sales agent, are looking to develop the sales Team. The purpose of this job position is to manage and lead the Sales Teams to sell products and services of Yektanet and its subsidiaries to customers, which are generally divided into the following three categories: direct management of all senior managers and supervising the management over sales specialists as well as planning, setting strategy and targets, collecting and analyzing data with the aim of developing the sales team. Main responsibilities: ● Managing the sales team in order to improve the performance of the team and the process of achieving goals and resolving conflicts. ● Determining the team's targets in line with the organization's OKR and in communicating with higher-level managers. ● Communicating with churned customers and trying to resell to them. ● Communicating with the incoming calls of the company and their management. ● Training and onboarding the new joiners to the team.

Requirements

● Knowledge of sales and marketing. ● Dominance over sales and marketing processes (mastery of all types of sales funnels, sales techniques at an acceptable level, and high ability in organizational, telephone, and direct sales). ● Familiar with digital marketing and advertising campaigns (including a complete understanding of all types of advertising, all types of digital marketing processes including SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies, knowing the appropriate site and landing page). ● Familiar with the industry of customers and its main players (Such as the Tourism industry, e-commerce, FMCG, etc.) also generating ideas and developing solutions for each industry. ● Ability to phone and face-to-face negotiation. ● Ability to persuade and interact with high-level clients. • Ability to manage and promote the team and plan for the sales team.
