Responsibilities: ● Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback. ● Describe step by step the instructions needed toward the goal. ● Meet with the Retention team to propose customer retention solutions. ● Oversee retention campaign development and management. ● Build positive relationships with customers, business associates, and the product team. ● Gather information about customer complaints. ● B2B negotiation. ● Analyze customer behavior. ● Competitor analysis. ● Write and present customer behavior reports. ● Root cause analysis and providing a solution. ● Generate insights and recommendations. ● Use creativity to bring new solutions.

Requirements

● Strong negotiation. ● High level of creativity in running campaigns. ● Result orientation. ● Analytical mindset. ● Good knowledge of marketing terms and definitions. ● Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing, Analyzing Methods). ● Strong process orientation. ● Commitment to deadlines, and time management skills. ● Average English knowledge (understanding, and writing). ● Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. ● Problem-solving skills.
