Job Description

In Digikala we have an open position in our Commercial Planning and Reporting team. This position requires excellent analytical skills, B2B or e-commerce business experience, and the ability to work well alone and with a team. This role is diverse and dynamic and this individual will work closely with our B2B division. Digikala B2B is one of the new, promising DK's new business lines, which will provide B2B clients with the pricing, selection, and convenience of Digikala, with features and benefits designed for businesses of all sizes. Primary duties and responsibilities: ● Manage and report daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing analysis and producing actions plans. ● Work closely with the commercial planning and reporting manager and B2B Platform manager on the long-term strategies. ● Provide both long and short-term sales forecasts for all categories within verticals that are driven by budgeted growth and marketing strategies. ● Analyze trading patterns and understand the sales curve, reporting findings and identifying opportunities to further maximize sales and profitability. ● Monitor categories activity performance and provide insight and data-driven solutions to improve activities. ● Collaborate with promotion team, feeding into the ECRM strategy, email planning, segmentation, and personalization from a stock and product perspective. ● Benchmark best practices and monitor competitors’ activities. ● Analyzeseasonal sales patterns, understand key competitors and customer behavior. ● Collaborate in forming strategic direction of the new category/sub-categories online. ● Use sales/forecast trends to make build and inventory management recommendations.

Requirements

● 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. ● Strong communication, presentation skills. ● Ability to think critically and creatively. ● Very strong numerical and analytical skills - translate commercial initiatives into quantifiable measurable performance. ● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. ● Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines. ● Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills. ● Knowledge of the E-commerce industry or B2B Sales is preferred. ● Ability to analyze varieties of data and identify market trends. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software.
