Job Description

● Prepare and formulate strategies in the field of marketing and sales. ● Provide solutions and systems to find new consumer markets and increase market share. ● Manage the preparation and development of information systems in the field of marketing and sales. ● Analyze the situation of sales representatives and provide solutions to improve the cooperation of representatives. ● Coach and mentor, a team designed to deliver continued revenue growth in a consultative client first sales environment. ● Provide written feedback and market expertise to senior leadership and various internal teams responsible for product development. ● Recruit the best talents in the market. ● Communicate effectively with the teams and management. ● Identify and develop new transient market opportunities and strategies, aggressively pursuing the appropriate mix and type of business that will best achieve the sales plan.

Requirements

● Progressive experience in a sales management role that includes experience managing other sales personnel, and experience developing comprehensive sales strategies, business, and sales plans. ● Ability to coach, inspire and motivate the sales team. ● Strategically and creatively thinking in a fast-paced changing environment and about online-based selling methods. ● Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing and selling strategies. ● Experienced in planning and performing innovative selling methods. ● Ability to assimilate complex information, and data, from disparate sources, and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the constraints of a particular need. ● Experienced in holding face – to face meetings and business negotiations with the clients. ● Familiarity with responding promptly to requests in a friendly manner. ● Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries. ● Customer-service experience. ● Excellent Persian/Farsi written and verbal communication skills. ● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. ● Proven track record in sales within a wholesaler or Flash deal background is essential. ● Strong commercial awareness and high attention to detail. ● Five years of experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. ● Ability to speak English to a satisfactory level preferred.
