Job Description

Digikala B2B is one of the new, promising DK's new business lines, which will provide B2B clients with the pricing, selection, and convenience of Digikala, with features and benefits designed for businesses of all sizes. Our B2B team has two divisions: Sales and Platform. Now, we are looking for a talented individual to join our B2B platform team as a "B2B Platform Agent". Reporting directly to the B2B Platform Manager, while working closely with the call center team, you will be responsible for addressing any issues raised from the call center or our key account clients. You will also be the owner of identifying sales-regarding bottlenecks and proposing creative solutions to improve related procedures. In this position you will: ● Follow up on all sales support issues. ● Follow up B2B customer’s registration in terms of admin acceptances and needed follow-ups. ● Check and follow up on all call center tickets and CRM Sales request cases. ● Work with the internal stakeholders to address the customer issues.

Requirements

● Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. ● Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure. ● Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction. ● Honest and ethical team player. ● Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) ● Ability to take ownership within the role, with the desire to succeed. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Familiar with e-commerce processes.
