Job Description

● Monthly target setting based on realistic forecasts and presenting sales reports to the management team. ● Build a strong network with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments for following up on upcoming issues. ● Regular and daily pursuit of sales targets. ● Product portfolio management including defining new products, updating product information, and regular checks of stock availability in several cities. ● Plan for special promotions to encourage the demand of customers to achieve business targets. ● Provide ongoing coaching to all distributors’ sales representatives and help them to achieve their targets. ● Customer data management including defining new customers, updating the information of customers, and overall maintenance of customer data. ● Monitor customers’ needs, market situation, and competitors’ activities. ● Regular evaluation of the infrastructure and plans of updates to meet business and customers’ needs. ● Monitor the logistics and A-Z process of order placement to order delivery and take necessary actions based on upcoming changes. ● Plan for innovation activities like digital marketing, SMS marketing, etc. to trigger sales of targeted products. ● Regular market visits to monitor the trend of customers’ using our e-commerce platform.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 3 years of experience in related fields. ● Good command of spoken and written English. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ● Ability to travel from time to time. ● Strong project management and organizational skills. ● Being data-driven and having a strong ability in decision-making. ● Knowledge of digital marketing. ● Knowledge of ERPs (including all sections such as stock, finance, sales, and distribution). ● Military service: exempted permanently or done.
