Job Description

As an Assembly and Packaging Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the production shift as well as managing and training the team of operators. ● Supervising production plan (which batch on which line, when to start a new batch or stop). ● Managing breaks downs, and stoppages during 3 shifts. ● Performance management of the team. ● Supervising all performance indicators for shift (quality, EHS, absenteeism, etc.). ● Managing, when necessary, interfaces to other areas of the site (warehouse, quality, maintenance, managing technical stoppage time of the operations team, etc.). ● Helping, and supporting finding root causes in consumer complaint cases. ● Making sure that the line is always clean, and GMP and 5S are respected in assembly, and packaging areas.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Industry Engineering. ● More than three years of production shift management experience including being part preferably in a GMP environment (pharma, food, or cosmetics). ● Self-motivated, be able to work independently and as a team. ● Strong communicator, ability to establish cross org. collaboration. ● Good command of English, both written and spoken. ● People management skills. ● Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
