Job Description

● Manage and lead regional sales and distribution team and coordination between sales and other staff. ● Plan, develop, and direct sales programs. ● Achieve sales and distribution targets, profit share, and market penetration for assigned products. ● Monitor sales records and analyze sales gaps in order to optimize sales performance. ● Research and analyze the market situation. ● Maintain and improve the product knowledge of the sales team.
