Job Description

The Area Sales Manager in Pars Parand Diba will help increase market share and increase sales for the respective region to help our sales goals to understand and meet consumer expectations.

The main duties and responsibilities can be listed below:

  • Assist in the development of annual sales plans.
  • Meet regional sales financial goals by forecasting requirements. Planning expenses.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure high professional standards are achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Set short and long-term goals, and negotiate product group sales budgets and marketing plans.
  • Identify customer needs and competitors' offerings through market analysis, ensure efficient marketing actions and communications, and demonstrating the value proposition of products and solutions.
  • Conduct sales performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Ability to manage in high-tension-driven situations.
  • Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate a clear, concise value proposition, benefits, and return on investment.
  • Results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, and persuasive.
  • Creative.
  • Problem-solving and expert-level analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and sales software.
