Requirements

● Ideal age range: over 30 years old. ● Bachelor’s degree. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum 5 years of related experience. ● Successful work experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role. ● Strong working knowledge of office procedures and protocols. ● Proficiency with computer systems. ● Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information. ● Excellent organization skills. ● Multitasking capabilities and prioritization skills. ● Adaptability. ● Able to troubleshoot changes as they arise. ● Self-motivated and proactive personality. ● Ability to manage tension and manage affairs. ● High level of communication, teamwork, and organization skills. ● Organizing, planning, and tracking skills. ● Communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and do multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Fluent in archiving and documentation.
