Job Description

● Achieve sales goals based on the target announced by the CEO. ● Follow upon receipt of receivables. ● Present analytical reports in the areas of sales (Rials, number), sellers, goods (sales speed, fast-slow), delivery of customer orders (satisfaction with the delivery process). ● Offer suggestions to improve sales. ● Order management and supply of goods to achieve sales. ● Manage sales force, customer service, and branch warehouse. ● Control the sales process of sales consultants with the aim of achieving sales. ● Control of sales information and financial operations. ● Manage the allocation of discounts and credits to customers according to the festival and customer information. ● Analyze and plan customer information to encourage repurchase of the collection. ● Control the achievement of goals and provide short-term and long-term planned proposals for sales. ● Control the amount of product information of sales consultants and manage the receipt of training services. ● Order management and timely supply of goods. ● Manage to send customer orders. ● Collaborate with the decor team to make changes at the store level. ● Control the accuracy and health of the physical elements of the store. ● Control the cleanliness of the store environment.

Requirements

● Capable of handling sales units. ● Mastery of Istanbul Turkish. ● Adequate command of English.
