● Develop HR policy and procedures and supervises implementation.
● Set and review pay structures and employee benefits.
● Develop employee welfare programs.

● Oversee payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information and processing and submitting payroll.
● Submit payroll reports.
Requirements
● Age range: 32 - 40 years old.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
● Considerable knowledge in human resource procedures and labor laws.
● Advanced in Excel.
● Highly effective problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
