The objective of the role:
● To handle all aspects of the HR department.
List of responsibilities:
● To manage HR, set and follow up on meetings for GM.
● To keep control over personnel discipline.
● To manage day-to-day office tasks and operations.
● To watch over the quality of tasks given by the GM to the team.
● Report to the GM, and board of directors.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 to 5.
● Travel requirements: Possibly for projects.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or other related fields.
● At least five years of work experience.
● Ability to monitor and manage administrative and human resources.
● Teamwork spirit.
