● Familiarity with labor laws and social security. ● Understanding recruitment processes. ● Ability to perform personnel function calculations. ● Ability to perform personnel salary calculations. ● Mastery of MS Office and Rivers software. ● Mastery of SAP software. ● Have a teamwork attitude. ● Perseverance and high accuracy. ● Ready to work overtime.
