Job Description

● Following up roles and tasks that managers assign. ● Arranging appointments. ● Answer phone calls and redirect them. ● Perform all secretarial and administrative functions. ● Filing and retrieving corporate official letters and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. ● Prioritizing workloads. ● Fulfilling routine duties. ● Classification and archiving of documents and letters. ● Planning, coordinating, and preparing reports and documentation. ● Petty cash management.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of experience as a secretary. ● Excellent computer skills (Office and Internet). ● Familiarity with programs. ● Schedule meetings. ● Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines. ● Excellent time management and multi-tasking. ● Effective communication skill and excellent public relations. ● Have a strong sense of responsibility. ● High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role. ● Gender preference: female. ● Team working and eagerness to learn.
