Therefore, please make sure that after pressing " Apply" you will fill the application that is provided on the pop-up page. ******* Generic responsibilities: ● Ensure compliance with NRC policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines. ● Supervise and follow-up the phases of Admin tasks and office management. ● Prepare and develop periodic status reports and other documents. ● Supervision of admin staff, receptionist and outsourced cleaners team under supervision. ● Daily monitoring of progress in the implementation of the different admin tasks. ● Ensure training and transfer of key skills to team under supervision. ● Promote and share ideas for improvement of the administration function. ● Liaison and collaboration with relevant local authorities and internal stakeholders. Specific responsibilities: ● Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. ● Oversee and support all administrative duties in the Tehran office and Tehran guesthouses to ensure that office is operating smoothly and managing maintenance. ● Responsible for Tehran office premises budget and petty cash, and ensuring necessary availability for premises accommodation, maintenance, office supplies, and service suppliers. ● Coordinate in the office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintain infrastructure. ● Overall office Management of Tehran office including office repairs and maintenance. ● Admin and quality control of office facilities, including technical facilities (including various subcontractors such as landlord, cleaning, etc.). ● Monitor travel and manage visa and residency processes for the whole country. ● Manage expat affairs including but not limited to lease agreements, accommodation bills etc. ● Responsible for all Tehran office and guesthouse keys safeguarding and management. Manage office access in collaboration with HR, ICT, and HSS.

Requirements

Generic professional competencies: ● Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar positions (in the context of humanitarian aid is a plus). ● Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts. ● Familiar with Iran visa, residency, and travel regulations. ● Basic budget monitoring experience is a plus. ● Written and verbal fluency in the English language. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Context/Specific skills, knowledge, and experience: ● Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management or a relevant field. ● Must have exceptional attention to detail and self-starter and driven. ● Strong planning and time management skills and ability to prioritize. ● Strong organizational and expectation management skills. ● Proven knowledge and skills related to Administration in the Iranian context and Iranian Laws.
