Job Description

As an Admin/HR intern, you will be responsible for providing support to LoB and HR Manager by implementing people management strategies and administering HR programs. The position is for 3 to 6 months and can be extended. ● Support the HR Associate and HR Manager with HR programs and projects, including all new hire orientations. ● Provide administrative support to the HR team and HR Manager. ● Collaborate with the recruitment team/external agency on updating the database. ● Collect, analyze, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement. ● Assist HR Manager in collecting and reporting HR statistics. ● Administrative processes and procedures related to employees. ● Obtain and record HR information. ● Support the P&O team in conducting and following up on administrative processes.

Requirements

● Minimum one year of experience in HR, admin, or related fields, preferably with a large company. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering or an MBA graduate. ● Knowledge of database software, and email systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. ● Advanced command of English. ● Attentiveness, and honesty and confidentiality. ● Agile, fast learner, and highly organized.
