● Fully take ownership of the finance function and manage all finance operations.
● Preparation of annual financial statements.
● Ensure monthly closing deadlines are met and accurate reporting.
● Cash management for business and operation.
● Ensure tax and SSO compliance, VAT submissions, Tax returns, quarterly sales reports.
● Be in charge of payments and ensure payments be in line with contract terms.
● Support the group reporting functions with data needed for consolidation as part of HQ needs and requirements.
● Control and maintain budget and cash flow forecasts.
● Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
● Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
● At least 5 years experience in the field of financial and accounting.
● English knowledge is an advantage.
● Knowledge of tax and insurance law and regulations.
● Excellent computer and Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
● Good communication skills.
