● Facilitating payroll process on a monthly basis using Software CFM (Cloud Fleet Manager).
● Making sure all crew assignment dates are fully updated on a daily basis and coordinating with the crew planner for updates.
● Checking, or applying the correct wages scale in the software.
● Verifying wage breakdown of crew contracts and cross-checking with the planners for revision (if any errors are found).
● Updating bank details in CFM as per the latest file that which vessel sent.
● Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
● Checking the crew excess OT against rate in their respective contracts.
● Making sure additional earnings are input in correct fields (i.e., bonus, allowances, travel reimbursements, HRA, extended contract allowance, prev. balance).
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
● 2 to 3 years of experience in related fields.
● Great communication skills and personal relations.
● Strong mathematics skills and ability to spot/identify numerical errors.
● Able to handle tasks under pressure, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
● Excellent command of English.
● Time management skills.
● Detail-oriented.
