● Control sales invoices.
● Perform calculations to estimate the cost of goods.
● Control and track account receivable and payable.
● Prepare financial reports according to the needs of management.
● Report to the CFO.
● Prepare quarterly reports.
● Control all accounting documents, invoices, and bank statements.
● Prepare and regulate financial policies, guidelines, methods, and procedures.
● Prepare and design the required forms in order to coordinate the finances of different units.
Requirements
● Familiarity with accounting and financial software (especially Sepidar system).
● Familiarity with Iranian labor laws.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluent in financial reporting.
● Familiar with financial standards.
● Good familiarity with preparing quarterly reports, VAT, operating tax, cost calculation, etc.
