An Account Manager is in charge of identifying, prioritizing, and making the most out of sales opportunities and maintaining customers. They report to sales managers and will be responsive to determining seasonal targets and maintaining current customers (accounts) which are allocated to them. Their target markets are governmental organizations, banks insurance companies, and large corporations, and their performance criteria are as below: Role description: ● Work with technical support teams, establishment and delivery departments, financial and contracts departments, and the general management office. ● Find new customers and opportunities in determining target markets. ● Convince and attract customers for taking advantage of Shooka products. ● Conclude contracts with customers inside and in proportion to the corporation’s framework. ● Maintain customers’ satisfaction. ● Make sure SHOOKA’s services are efficient in customer organization. ● Augmentation of customers’ use of Shooka services. ● Extension of current contracts. ● Constant communication with customers and performing periodic visits. ● Resolve issues and problems that happened to customers. ● Customer identification. ● Acquisition of initial information from customers. ● Make initial contacts scheduling meetings. ● Demonstration and presentation. ● Present technical and financial recommendations. ● Negotiation and closing contracts. The financial model of the account manager’s salary includes the below items: ● Fixed salary. ● Individual sales commission.

Requirements

● Over 3 years of experience in selling technology (Hardware, Software, or Service) to large enterprises. ● Passionate about learning new technologies and sales methods. ● Skillful in writing business letters in Persian. ● Solid computer and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). ● Ability to comprehend written English. ● Having the experience of working in a service provider environment. ● Good knowledge of computer networks. ● Good understanding of computer software development. ● Having a great passion for success. ● Initiative, proactive, and builder with a positive attitude. ● Good communications skills. ● Willing to learn and teach continuously. ● Hard worker with the ability to multitask.
