Pros

Very nice building in a good location in Tehran. Nicely designed interior and very advanced in technology equipment. Silence and peace inside the office.

Cons

You have no job security at RG. The creativity and innovative ideas are not praised rightly. There are always unexpected decisions contrary to previous plans. You need to work 6 days a week which is a burden.
