According to statistics and evidence, an increasing number of our compatriots unfortunately suffer casualties or financial loss each year due to structural failures or unexpected events that cause damage to buildings. For this reason, for the first time in Iran, the Buildings Technical Examination Center has implemented a program by Meesagh Company to issue and install a technical inspection plate specially for existing buildings in use. The purpose of this program is to achieve and provide solutions to maintain and protect buildings, as well as providing general answers to the following four questions regarding the status and condition of buildings in use at the time of an accident: First: How resistant is the building against fire?
