Kansai Paint was established in 1918 in Japan and has now grown to become Japans leading paint manufacturer as well as the worlds seventh largest paint manufacturer with operations in more than 40 countries of the world. In Japan and globally, Kansai currently has a leading position in automobile paint sector and is supplying car paints to Toyota, Suzuki, Nissan, Honda, Hino, Tata, Iran Khodro, Renault and others. With the establishment of Kansai Paint Iranian, Kansai is now introducing the whole range of automotive OEM, industrial and automotive refinish products with cutting edge technology. Kansai has established a manufacturing facility near Tehran with an annual capacity to produce over 20 million liters paint products. This plant is being completed in a record time and it is the first plant in Iran which will manufacture top coats as well as CED (Cathode Electro Deposition) paint for the OEM sector involving full transfer of technology and back-up support from Kansai Paint, Japan.
