Novin Tadbir is an Iranian Private Joint Stock Company which was setup in 2006. The company has three divisions, Consultancy, Cooperate Support Services and Business Development and at present employs 35 persons.
The managers and founders of the company has extensive track record in providing Consultancy and Business services to European companies and entities active towards the Iranian market.
Our mission in Business Development division is facilitating the supplier commercially viable state of the art technologies to satisfy the specific needs of the industrial market of Iran. In this regard, we have close relationship with Autronica Fire & Security who is Norwegian leader of manufacturing and supplying fire & gas detection system worldwide. |

About the Job :
Main responsibilities:
- Handling telephone/email enquiries and requests
- Handling all affairs of clients in contact with Top Management
- Organizing and attending meetings
- Coordinating with other staff
Reporting to: Deputy Managing Director
Subordinates: 5 Employees
Number required: 1 person
Duration: 1 year contract
Desired start date: First of July
Probation: 3 Months
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday- 8 A.M to 5 P.M

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
University qualifications: University Degree
Previous experience: 3 years in customer relations
Specialist knowledge: Basic Computer skills
Other Skills:
-Good communicator
-Good telephone manners
-Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ideal Age Range: 25-40
Nationality Preference: Iranian
Language Skills: Full proficiency in English
Current Residence: Iran |
