About the Job :
Day to day administration of front office and receiving guests, customers queries via phone, mail, email or while coming to the office.
Main responsibilities are:
1. To answer telephones, emails the distribution of post and take messages and deliver to related persons.
2. To answer queries from office guests and customers referring them to contact points at which they can obtain further information.
3. To liaise with other departments regarding matters arising: e.g. Security, buildings, etc…
4. To report to the Building Office any maintenance that needs attention at the Office
5. To answer all staff queries with regard to taxi call, etc.
6. To help HR Dept for interview arrangement |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
1- Bachelor degree in related field especially English translation & Management
2- Skill in operating with computer and good oral communications also highly required
3 - Fluency in English language
4 - Very good communication and being Patient |
