About the Job :
Your challenge in this position is to support further strengthening of our position in the Middle East. Your personal input will make the difference. You will be based in Iran and work together with the distributors in Iran but will report to Nickerson-Zwaan.
Your tasks:
- Prepare and coordinate trials;
- Maintain communication and relation with the distributors and the growers,;
- Build up a network with growers who will accommodate trials;
- Selection and scoring of trials;
- Process data of trials in automated systems;
- Analyse trial data and make proposals for next step based on analysis;
- Obtain and communicate market data;
- Participate in, and on occasion organise, development and/or promotion activities of our products in your region.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Age between 25 and 35 years;
- Horticultural background and training preferred, clear affinity to the professional vegetable seed sector;
- Experience in growing commercial crops;
- Flexible and able to grow into the position and company culture;
- Good knowledge of the local and eventually English language;
- Knowledge of the Turkish language and willingness to learn English;
- Professional reporting skills;
- Computer literate (Word, Excel and e-mail);
- Willing to travel frequently within Iran.
We prefer candidates belonging to the culture of the area (Iran).
