·Provision of wholesale and retail telecommunication services;
·Sales of network traffic capacity to local or international carriers or entities;
·Rental of network infrastructure facilities to local or international carriers or entities;
·Provision of the Internet and data and digital platform related products and services;
·Provision of all other sources of value added services that is currently available and to be developed in the future;
·Dealing with e-commerce, mobile-commerce activities of the above telecommunication networks;
·Provision of customer services, including but not limited to customer relationship management and Call Centre service


About the Job :
Task Complexity:
•Manage the S&D dashboard and performance management tool
•Manage annual Budget preparation for Sales & Distribution
•Manage all Sales & Distribution general Ledger Accounts and Supervise reconciliation.
•Manage Supplier accounts
•Provide financial support to Regions, and other units within the department
•Develop, implement and maintain PPP’s for Financial Operations.
•Managing the forecasting and procurement of Stock items for MTN Irancell
•Interface with banks in actualizing MTN Irancell cash collection strategy
•Managing Logistics and Supply Chain processes for inventory

Managerial Complexity:
•Ensure customer oriented service delivery
•Manage Supplier Accounts
•Ensure compliance with service level agreements for all Banks, Distributors, and internal customers
•Assign, monitor and coordinate work of all direct reports Financial Operations
•Review and authorize performance evaluation reports
•Review and approve training schedule for department
•Transfer knowledge and skills to direct reports.
•Review and authorize adjusting entries and proposed journal vouchers for rectifying errors and exceptional items identified during accounts reconciliation
•Supervise inventory costing and perform pricing of inventory including promotions, and ensure accurate and timely update of inventory prices on the system
•Supervise the periodic review/analysis of inventory sub and general ledger information
•Ensure adequate provisioning for Inventory obsolescence
•Coordinate implementation of the Distributor ordering and payment processes and ensure compliance with relevant agreements
•Oversee the national Inventory management process.
•Identify obstacles to performance and devise appropriate plan of action.
•Periodically identify key talents and recommend candidates for employment as part of the recruitment process
•Provide career development for direct reports (counseling, coaching, identify KPAs, career planning, goal setting, etc.)
•Manage escalated System and process issues. Including month-end reporting and Audit queries.
•Manage vendor/client issues with a level of complexity that usually requires further internal negotiations with management or cross business unit function.
•Manage the S&D budget process.
•Ensure all cost center managers operate within budgetary limits.
•Identify and implement cost saving methods.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Education:
•First degree in Accounting or a Finance related discipline
•Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
•Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage

Experience:
•8-10 years consistent work experience covering similar functions in multinational mManufacturing and Telecommunication companies.
•Minimum of 5 years management experience
•Minimum of two years GSM Telecommunication experience.
•Experience in a large customer service oriented start-up organization will be a distinct advantage.

Knowledge:
•Accounting and Financial management
•IFRS
•Procurement Processes
•GSM knowledge
•Product knowledge (specifically sim cards and recharge cards)
•Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics
Skills / physical competencies:
•Sound understanding of the GSM industry (Iranian terrain an advantage)
•Excellent PC skills
•Strong skills in Financial Systems (IFS an advantage)
•Strong leadership ability
•Sound interpersonal skill.
•Strong analytical skill.
•Imaginative and ability to work under pressure.
•Sound project management exposure.
