·Provision of wholesale and retail telecommunication services;
·Sales of network traffic capacity to local or international carriers or entities;
·Rental of network infrastructure facilities to local or international carriers or entities;
·Provision of the Internet and data and digital platform related products and services;
·Provision of all other sources of value added services that is currently available and to be developed in the future;
·Dealing with e-commerce, mobile-commerce activities of the above telecommunication networks;
·Provision of customer services, including but not limited to customer relationship management and Call Centre service

About the Job :
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: (Short description)
•Provide advisory service with regards to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all regulatory statutes and laws, with a view to ensuring long term viability of the business
Role Complexity:
•Conduct research on industry developments and trends
•Cross-functional interface with various divisions and issues stemming from the industry regulatory authority (CRA)
Task Complexity:
•Ensure compliance with all regulatory authority (CRA) obligations within the business
•Prepare correspondence and position papers on regulatory issues
•Provides legal and regulatory opinion on all issues that impact on MTN Irancell from a regulatory perspective, including new legislation, government policies, etc
•Develop and maintain industry relationships

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Education:
•First Degree in Law
Experience:
•1-3 years legal experience in telecommunications industry
Training:
•On the job training and exposure
•Industry conferences
Knowledge:
•Telecommunication Industry
•GSM cellular knowledge

•Telecommunication laws/policies/regulations in Iran
