About the Job :
The RF Planning and Optimzation manager are to:
-Synchronize activities between the RF Planning group and the RF Optimization Team.
- Lead and organize the work within the RF Optimization in the project.
- Ensure that the best practices are used for the work and that the organization makes continuous improvement of the processes and performance as well as reducing the cost for the operations. This includes the major tasks of knowledge transfer to local RF Engineers.
- Serve as Customer interface covering all RF planning and optimization services within the Irancell project.
Responsibilities
- The 2G RF planning project manager responsibilities are to ensure that the following activities are carried out the most effective way within the budgeted cost.
- Radio network design
- Frequency planning
- Secure that Radio verification Tests are carried out.
- Secure the competence transfer of RF Network design skill from consultants to local staff.
- Secure that KPIs are met for PAT |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- University degree or technical college qualification, in relevant technical dicipline.
- At least five (5) years experience in radio network design.
- Experience in GSM RF planning project management on an international level.
- Proven high leadership skills and self motivated.
- Ability to work in team and build up good relations with all project stakeholders.
- Good command of English.
- Good cultural awareness. |
