About the Job :
Main responsibilities:

- Office Management: procuring/coordinating office equipment

- Assisting in preparing presentation documents/material

- Organizing and coordinating meetings and other events

- Organizing Auditors and other visitors' travel matters

- Handling and filing (departmental) correspondence (emails, memos, letters etc.)

- Organizing CFO Travel Matters

- Legal Coordinator

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Main requirements:

- Bachelor Degree

- 3 years of Administration & Office Management/ Management Assistant Experience

- Basic Legal Knowledge

- Good Office know-how

- Very good command of English

- German Language knowledge is an advantage
