About the Job :
Tasks and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)
Lead the Power Service sales team in Iran as Business Manager; interact with all involved parties.
Assess the market requirement for the Power Service products business and develop / define corresponding strategies.
Utilize Company-specific technology and selling approaches to present the features and benefits of Company's products and maintainability to customers.
Manage the efforts of the company personnel who will, on a matrix basis, be involved in proposal development efforts and customer interaction. This includes final review of proposals prior to customer submittal.
Develop and maintain business forecast in cooperation with the sales community.
Planning of Personnel requirements and hiring of Personnel. Training and Career planning of direct reports. Conduct Employee evaluations for direct reports
Coordinate with Senior Group management locally in Iran to ensure coherent business & customer strategy.
Reporting:
Directly to regional General Manager Sales and Marketing (Dubai)
Consultations and interaction with regional Managing Director (Dubai) as required
Locally, dotted line to Group Country Management. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualification / Profile
Education, Training:
This candidate must have an engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) and a primary experience of minimum 8-10 years in leading sales and business activity with responsibility of top line.
He should be keen to develop himself further to assume leadership role and handling other management / administrative tasks.
This experience should include a variety of both sales and either management, or project management experience with an International group.
Fluency in English and Farsi is a must.
Proven success in selling and developing markets for Power Plant Services or similar products in the power generation industry
Other Knowledge / Skills:
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Iranian market and sales approaches
Several years experience and knowledge in the power industry
Solid commercial knowledge and experience
International Experience

General technical knowledge
Basic knowledge of Planning and Budgeting
Negotiation and Presentation skills
Knowledge of Agreement conditions
