We are based in Tehran - Iran and have developed an excellent resume of several construction projects both in public and private sectors throughout all over the country.
Payahoor quickly developed a reputation for quality, honesty, integrity and commitment and awarded by Minister of Housing & Urban Development in 2005.
Today, the company’s projects are managed through its headquarter in Tehran and 2 other provincial offices in Bandar Abbas and Qazvin.
According to our development, the company has a plan to put step into foreign construction markets in near future. |

About the Job :
Objective: Manager of Control Project
Main responsibilities :
• Project Controlling with Detailed knowledge of Primavera P3 or MS Project, preparation and monitoring of Master and detailed construction programmes,
• Managing the workload of junior planning staff,
• Pre-construction planning (Pre-qualifications, Tenders, Presentations etc) often working to tight deadlines
• Managing the developing and monitoring Procurement and Construction programmes.
• Offer advice on value Engineering and improve innovative Techniques.
Reporting to : Project Manager
Number required : 1
Duration : Unlimited
Desired start date : As soon as possible
Probation : 1 month
Working hours : 8:00- 17:30 - 5 days in a week

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
University qualifications : Bs or higher in Civil Engineer
Previous experience: A minimum 8 years experience in main Contractors, Post Contract, Planning Role. Demonstrable practical building experience, ability to offer advice on Value Engineering; Build ability, New and innovative techniques etc
Major Projects experience, specifically residential projects (Housing / Apartments / Hotels) construction and associated infrastructure works.
A clear understanding of building forms of contract and experience in the preparation of entitlement submissions, Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel
Ideal Age Range : 32-42
