·Provision of wholesale and retail telecommunication services;
·Sales of network traffic capacity to local or international carriers or entities;
·Rental of network infrastructure facilities to local or international carriers or entities;
·Provision of the Internet and data and digital platform related products and services;
·Provision of all other sources of value added services that is currently available and to be developed in the future;
·Dealing with e-commerce, mobile-commerce activities of the above telecommunication networks;
·Provision of customer services, including but not limited to customer relationship management and Call Centre service

About the Job :
Task Complexity:
• Integrated voice and data transport network designed and implemented
• Performance management and OSS integration successful
• Effective ongoing operation and optimization processes established.
• Network security defined and implemented
• Recruitment and deployment of appropriately skilled staff
• Transferring appropriate knowledge and skill to national staff.
• Manage budgetary management for both capital and operational expenditure
• Effective security policies and procedures developed, documented and implemented
Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial complexity:
• Recruits, develops, and retains people with outstanding potential
• Motivates staff
• Defining and managing KPI’s for personnel
• Accountable for development of talent - builds strong and deep skills.
• Communicates actively throughout Transmission Infrastructure. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
BSc. degree in electrical and Computer Engineering or equivalent
IP/MPLS related qualification or certification
Experience:
7 Years telecommunication engineering experience, 5 Years IP planning and operations experience
In depth knowledge of IP/MPLS technologies and standards
In depth knowledge of network security field
Training:
Transmission courses relating to SDH, ATM, GSM; IP, and MPLS etc |
