About the Company :
Persia is the largest UPVC door and window manufacturer in Iran. We have recently installed some of the latest equipment and instituted a rang of quality assurance procedures to guarantee boot quality and consistency in our products.

About the Job :
Objective: self – motivated with desire to produce the best results possible with a consistent drive for success. Willing to take direction from and work cooperatively with higher –level management.

Must be able to work independently

Responsibly professional and courteous at all times when working with customers

Main responsibilities:
Formulate manage an effective sales program , and assist the sales team in successfully and profitably selling the company products . In addition to carry out these duties within the financial constraints and profit goals of the company , This will require a high level of capability and personal commitment to the job, a creative and effective professional approach to selling . a strong work ethic and building a respected leadership position within the company , with our customers , and in the industry . Manage the business aspects of sales department including , but not limited to , sales plans , budgets , sales staff and reporting to higher – level management to successful in this position the sales managers is responsible for developing and then managing an annual sales plan and budget to be approved by the company president .

Participate as a member of management team by helping to develop production and marketing plans advising and receiving advice with other department managers and to provide leadership and technical assistance when needed elsewhere in the company.

Reporting to: Executive Vice President

Subordinates: Secretary

Other interactions: Department Heads, External Agencies

Number required: 1 for Isfahan, 1 for Tehran

Duration: Yearly contract

Desired start date: 1st of Mehr, 1387

Probation: 3 Months

Working hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8-5 - Thursday 8-12

Travel requirements: Occasional travel within and outside country

Gross monthly base salary: To be negotiated

Commission / Bonus: Yes

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
University qualifications: B.S degree (at least) in sales and marketing business administration or related field

Other certifications: Professional level knowledge in U-PVC paint or building material

Previous experience: Professional level knowledge in U-PVC paint or building material

Minimum 5 years continuous professional sales experience in the building material preferably paint & U-PVC doors and windows.

Specialist knowledge: Professional level knowledge in U-PVC paint or building material.

Other Skills: Selling, leadership ability, good negotiator

Gender Preference: Male

Nationality Preference: Iranian

Language Skills: English
