The French side is Groupe Bel -a leading international company in cheese market (founded in 1865) with more than 11,000 people worldwide employed which products are available in more than 125 countries - and Iranian partner is Sahardairy Co. a well-known Iranian dairy producer carries "Rouzaneh" brand. Bel-Sahar is manufacturing Rouzaneh cheese and also distributing all products under the brand name of “Rouzaneh”. |

About the Job :
Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor and analyze sales trends to identify sale opportunities for each region
• Improve distribution and effective direct sale in each region
• Ensure targets achieving (coverage, distribution, visibility, sales) of each sub-distributors
• Ensure correct distribution of stocks among sub-distributors.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts within the region |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
• Nationality: Iranian
• Age: 25 – 35
• Language skills: English proficiency in both written and spoken
• Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in business management or related fields
• Military service statues: to be defined as finished or exempted
• Strong Computer Literacy and good working knowledge of Excel
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience:
• More than 3 years in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• To be experienced in the related provinces’ market (i.e. customers’, area)
*Ability for continuous traveling to provinces.
