About the Job :
The Dubai office hosts a range of sales, supply-chain and financial roles. In particular, it provides essential logistics and procurement support for the company’s manufacturing operations in Iran.
The job requires taking charge of the timely supply of tea and raw materials into Ahmad Tea Tehran, namely:
1. Purchasing a range of materials and teas from our suppliers around the world.
2. Co-ordinating tasks with Ahmad Tea offices in Iran, UK and Colombo.
3. Ensuring documentation requirements are communicated and adhered to.
4. Arranging prompt forwarding of goods from Jebel Ali to Iranian ports.
5. Paying suppliers and issuing invoices. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, initiative, and personal organisation. We also require:
1. Suitable academic or vocational background.
2. MS Excel & Office proficiency
3. High level of written and spoken English & Farsi.
4. Permission to work in UAE.
