About the Job :
We are a highly diverse and fast moving organization in search for the most qualified candidate to fulfill our requirement for Senior Staffing Coordinator.
He/she will mainly be responsible to promote our Company as the “Employer of Choice” by coordinating recruitment and job placement activities of organization to ensure achievement of organization and operational objectives.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Main requirements:
• University degree with 1-2 years experience in Staffing activities such as manpower planning, posting job advertisements, screening CVs, short listing, interviewing, and conducting reference check.
• Background in restaurant management/operations is a strong asset.
• Can fluently communicate in Farsi and English.
• Excellent in MS Office applications and web-based search.
• Creative
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Business and analytical thinking |
