Irancell Telecommunication Services Company (MTN Irancell), 2nd mobile operator in Iran, is a private joint stock company. Our mission is to be the leading provider of telecommunication services in Iran. The company provides the following services:

·Provision of wholesale and retail telecommunication services;
·Sales of network traffic capacity to local or international carriers or entities;
·Rental of network infrastructure facilities to local or international carriers or entities;
·Provision of the Internet and data and digital platform related products and services;
·Provision of all other sources of value added services that is currently available and to be developed in the future;
·Dealing with e-commerce, mobile-commerce activities of the above telecommunication networks;
·Provision of customer services, including but not limited to customer relationship management and Call Centre service


About the Job :
Responsibility:

-Assist in developing segment-specific value propositions and differentiated corporate customer care
-Continuously monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new prospects and sale opportunities for the region
-Conduct competitive research to find out competitors’ strategy for implementing corporate sales within the region and develop counter measures to increase sales.
-Coordinate regional sales activities and ensure synergy with other activities within and outside the department/region
-Ensure distribution and effective usage of branded items and signage to dealers
-Liaise with Marketing to organize events and promotions towards improving awareness of the MTN IRANCELL brand
-Ensure targets of the dealerships are met
-Ensure dealerships receive necessary training required to maximize sales within the region.
-Provide inputs into sales forecasting as regards reforecast and allocation.
-Ensure correct distribution of stock among dealers.
-Ensure optimum service levels achieved and maintained.
-Provide communication link between MTN IRANCELL and the dealerships in the region
-Ensure that Regional targets and service levels are achieved
-Operationalize and implement the National strategy within the Regional environment
-Initiate and take disciplinary action and resolve grievances
-Plan, monitor and control regional budget
-Assist in developing segment-specific value propositions and differentiated corporate customer care
-Continuous analysis of the region to identify new prospects and opportunities for the region
-Manage regional accounts – by developing account plans and ensuring implementation through sales force
-Optimize sales and penetration into key corporate accounts within the region
-Build strong relationships with key corporate within the region
-Interact with marketing, operations and other sales support departments
-Keep informed of activities and ensures activities of Department align with activities of other Departments.
-Ensure facilities are fully operational and staffed.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Education:
•Bachelors degree from a reputable University
•Masters degree in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience:
•At least 7 years experience in service industry and/ or cellular/ telecommunications and/ or operational management

Knowledge:
•Telecoms industry and market
•Iranian telecoms market
•Understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
